Short version: no cookies, no trackers, and your request is used only to answer your request.

This site is published from Canada and handles personal information in line with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Questions go to hello@regentavenuestay.com.
What we don't collect
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No analytics, advertising or social-media scripts run on these pages.
- Fonts and images are served from our own domain, not from third parties.
What the request form collects

A hidden field in the form helps us filter automated spam; it's never filled in by a person.
Consent and your rights
You tick a box to agree that we may reply about your request. You can withdraw that consent, ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@regentavenuestay.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada handles complaints under PIPEDA.
Google Maps
On the home page the map is a placeholder until you press the button; only then does your browser load Google Maps. On the getting here page the map is embedded directly further down the page. Once a Google map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy. Links that say "Open in Google Maps" or show a route take you to Google's site.
If you write to us, we keep the conversation so that we can answer it. We don't add anyone to a mailing list.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours and Cloudflare's record technical data such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We don't use them to build profiles.
Changes
If this note changes, the date at the bottom of the page changes with it.
